1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShieldPromo website and services, including SMM, content creation, and paid social advertising for automotive film and tinting businesses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your relationship with ShieldPromo and your use of our marketing platforms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately. Continuing to utilize our specialized lead generation services constitutes your full acceptance of these legally binding conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued engagement after changes are posted implies acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the responsibility of the client to regularly review this document for updates concerning their marketing package.

2. Service Scope and Client Responsibilities

ShieldPromo provides specialized digital marketing services, including the creation of visual content highlighting tinting quality, precision PPF application, compliant social media advertising setup, and conversion tracking. Our goal is to increase qualified quote requests for your automotive film installation business in. The specific deliverables are detailed in the service plan selected by the client (e.g., "Ad Boost - Install Leads").

The client is responsible for providing all necessary assets, including high-resolution installation photos, video footage of the PPF process, and accurate information regarding material VLT (Visible Light Transmission) ratings and local legality. The client must ensure that all services offered, and content provided, comply with all applicableese laws and industry regulations related to window tinting and vehicle modifications. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in campaign suspension or termination without refund.

3. Payment, Fees, and Subscription

All service fees are detailed in the selected Pricing Plan and must be paid inese Yen (¥) monthly in advance of service delivery. Fees cover our management and creation services but do not include external advertising spend (e.g., Facebook or Instagram ad budget), which is borne separately by the client. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement. Cancellation procedures require written notice before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of content posting, social advertising campaigns, and access to performance dashboards until the account is brought current. We strive to provide transparent pricing, and all applicable taxes will be added to the invoice where required byese law.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Upon full and final payment, the client retains ownership of all pre-existing assets provided to ShieldPromo, as well as the final visual content, copy, and creative materials specifically developed and delivered by ShieldPromo for the client's social media accounts. ShieldPromo retains the right to use performance data (anonymized case studies and general results metrics) and approved visual content for internal training, marketing, and demonstration purposes, promoting our expertise in the automotive film sector.
