Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscription Fees (Service Retainer)

ShieldPromo operates on a retainer model for our monthly SMM, content, and ad management services, which are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. Our fees cover the expert team's time, strategic planning, visual content creation time, and the continuous oversight required for policy-compliant social media campaigns. Since work begins immediately upon receipt of the monthly fee, we are unable to offer full or partial refunds for the current billing cycle.

This policy is necessary because our specialized efforts, such as developing PPF installation visual narratives and setting up lead tracking, represent irreversible intellectual property and labor investments. Clients are charged monthly in advance for the upcoming service period, ensuring transparency regarding payment expectations. We highly recommend reviewing your service performance before the next billing cycle if you anticipate a cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their monthly service subscription at any time by providing written notice to ShieldPromo (via email) at least seven (7) business days before the next scheduled billing date. If the cancellation notice is received after this deadline, the client will be charged for the upcoming month, and services will continue until the end of that final paid term. We do not impose long-term contracts; all plans operate on a flexible monthly basis to provide maximum flexibility to our clients in the automotive film sector.

Upon cancellation, ShieldPromo will cease content creation and ad management activities for the client's accounts. Any unused advertising budget managed by the client on external platforms (Facebook Ads, etc.) remains under the client's control and is not subject to this refund policy. We will assist in a smooth handover of all developed assets and performance data upon termination.

3. Exceptions and Disputes

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a documented, material failure by ShieldPromo to deliver core services as outlined in the client's purchased plan (e.g., failure to post any content or run any ads for an entire month). Any claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service period end date and must clearly demonstrate the failure of service delivery. We will investigate all disputes thoroughly and reserve the right to offer credit for future services as an alternative resolution. Disputes over marketing results (e.g., "ads didn't generate enough bookings") are explicitly excluded from this Refund Policy, as results are guaranteed by the disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
